The Heart of A Warrior-14 traits of a leader

The United States Marine Corps has a fiercely proud tradition of
excellence in combat and an unbending code of honor. This code
is deeply ingrained in each Marine as they struggle through the
rigorous training of boot camp. At the heart of this code are the
values—not just words—of honor, courage, commitment, fidelity,
and integrity. In fact, every Marine must not only learn, but live by
fourteen traits of a leader. These same traits are crucial to the
success of all people, Marine or civilian, mother or wife, father or
husband, business owner, CEO or employee. These words are
rarely mentioned in the civilian world, however imagine the impact
on the lives of those who don’t just use them, but actually practice
them.
