About Kelley

Kelley began her career in service to others by serving our country
as a member of our nation’s most elite fighting force, the United
States Marine Corps, Kelley developed the values necessary to
succeed in any environment. She learned that in-depth training, non-
stop motivating and world-class leadership is vital to all members
of society from professionals to parents to young adults just
beginning their life journey.

Following her 8-year stint with the Marines, Kelley continued to serve
others by working with the nations largest food bank, the Greater
Chicago Food Depository in Chicago, Illinois. Her duties centered
on working with the nations leading food producers to develop
programs that allowed companies such as Kraft Foods, Nabisco,
General Mills, etc to donate their overruns and “mistakes” to the
hungry people of northern Illinois. Another critical part of her job was
to educate the public about the true face of hunger in America.

A subsequent position with the University of Illinois provided Kelley
with the opportunity to serve as the conference manager and
partnership marketing director for the nation’s largest professional
development event for working women, the Biannual Conference for
Working Women. Kelley developed relationships with national
sponsors such as Ford Motor Company, Redbook magazine, Xerox,
and Apple Computer. The conference, attended by 8,000 women
and men, served as a catalyst of change for all involved.  Leaders
such as Mary Lou Retton, Ann Richards, the former governor of
Texas, partnered with Kelley and the conference to present life-
changing strategies and provide the in-depth training, non-stop
motivation and world class leadership which are the common
thread of Kelley’s life of service.

For the last 5+ years, Kelley has served communities around the US
by assisting healthcare organizations to recruit and retain
physicians of all specialties.

Kelley’s focus is on helping others develop the principles and traits
necessary to accomplish their mission- whatever that may be. She
currently resides in North Richland Hills, Texas with her husband,
Dale, two girls- Vicki, age 10, Rebecca, age 7,  Mandy and Gunny—2
lovable and active dogs!
